Company’s History

The foundations were laid in the distant 2000 year, when Elmark’s brand was born.

In the first years we started the production of electrical equipment and electrical materials, after that we added a new product line LED lighting to our portfolio.

By developing our products, logistics and distribution network, we have penetrated new markets and increase the brand awareness of Elmark.

Chronological development over the years

Let us briefly introduce where we are today, after 20 years of hard work and dynamic development of markets and technologies.

    Founding

    ELMARK Brand was born.

  • First Steps

    Dynamic expansion on Bulgarian market.

     

    2001

  • 2002

     

    Established a new company

    A NEW company was established in Romania.

  • Start of production

    Starts production of low voltage electrical equipment.

     

    2004

  • 2005

    Established a new company

    New company in Serbia.

  • ELMARK Holding

    ELMARK Holding AD has been established.

     

    2006

  • 2007

     

    New Headquarters

    Moves to a new Headquarters of 3500 m2.

  • NEW Logistic centre

    A new logistics center with an area of 5000 m2 starts operating.

     

    2008

  • 2009

    Established a new company

    New company in Croatia.

  • Widen ELMARK `s portfolio

    New production line for LED lighting have been started.

     

    2010

  • 2011

    New companies were established

    Two new companies were established in Greece and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

  • New company was established

    The company in Hungary was established.

    2012

  • 2013

     

    International certificate

    Intertek: S Mark new automatic testing equipment for LAV & Lighting Lab.

  • New company was established

    The new company in Slovenia.

    2014

    Logistic and test center in UAE

    Middle East – Sales and Logistic branch and test center in Dubai Silicon Oasis, UAE.

    New companies in UK and Slovakia is established.

    2016

    Portfolio expansion

    New product line in Decorative lighting have been started.

  • Digital solutions

    ELMARK provide digital solutions for clients and partners.

     

    2018

  • 2020

     

    Widen and optimizing

    In 2020, ELMARK opened new offices and expanded its distribution network locally and internationally.

  • Construction of a new logistics center

    In 2022 the opening of a new logistic center on area of 10,000 square meters is forthcoming, in aim of expanding our central logistics base and to serving our customers faster and better.
